Earthschooling

What it is

A secular Waldorf curriculum from The BEarth Institute, which says it has run since 1994 and that its lesson plans and core blocks were written by certified Waldorf teachers. Curriculum is sold by grade from preschool through twelfth and includes main lesson blocks, handwork, painting, form drawing, Eurythmy, circle time, and tutorials for the parent; Living Lessons packages add a themed month-by-month year with recipes, nature walks, crafts, and academic work. The publisher says it aligns the curriculum with core standards for a family's location and that members may mix its lessons with other approaches.
