What it is

The elementary half of The Complete Writer series, built on narration and copywork, with dictation added from Level 2. The workbooks give scripted, step-by-step lessons with perforated student pages and the reading, narration, and copywork passages already included, and each level is planned for a 36-week year; Level 1 is a single complete book with four lessons a week, while Levels 2 and 3 come as a separate instructor guide and student workbook. A separate Four-Year Guide gives the teaching method and criteria for choosing your own passages instead of using the workbooks.
