Refund Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This site and the Homebuilt Community are operated by Homebuilt Edu LLC (“Homebuilt”, “we”).

The Homebuilt Community

  • Monthly plans. Your plan renews automatically each month. To cancel your plan, tell the teller at the Token Bank: CANCEL. You can cancel at any time. Canceling turns off auto-renewal, so nothing more is charged, and your plan stays open through the month you paid for. The month that has started is not refunded.
  • The Founding School Year. The founding price is not refunded. Your year renews automatically. To cancel, tell the teller at the Token Bank: CANCEL. You can cancel at any time. Canceling turns off auto-renewal, so nothing more is charged, and you keep your whole year.
  • Tokens. Tokens are not refunded and cannot be exchanged for money. Tokens you have not used are not refunded when a plan ends. If a print goes wrong, tell the teller at the Token Bank: TOKEN REFUND. She will ask what happened, and it goes to our team so we can fix it.

Books and downloads

Because every product on this site is a digital download delivered immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

When we will help

  • Your file won’t download, opens as corrupted, or is missing pages
  • You were charged twice for the same order by mistake
  • You purchased the wrong product and haven’t downloaded it yet

If something isn’t right, tell us.

Digital products can’t be returned the way a physical book can, so we handle it differently. If a file won’t download, won’t open, or isn’t what the page said it was, email us at info@heymandydavis.com and we will make it right — a working file, a replacement, or a refund, whichever actually solves the problem.

A real person reads every message.

Token rewards and referrals

  • Tokens have no cash value. They are not refunded and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Rewards, including referral rewards, may change or end.
  • Referring yourself, making fake accounts, and abusing the rewards are not allowed, and rewards earned that way are void.
  • No purchase is needed to join or to earn tokens.
